KinematicLab has updated TopoLogiK, its retopology tool for 3DS Max, introducing a more “procedural, parametric, and efficient” approach. This update brings several enhancements, including better high-poly management that addresses mesh corruption issues. Users can now automatically select edge loops for all tools, and the Straighten Brush has a new feature that creates perfect circles from selected elements. The release also contains significant improvements to the Create Face tool, giving users more control over moving faces, edges, and vertices. It also gives the user advanced functionalities like selecting multiple elements, chamfering selected or highlighted elements, undo behavior improvements with deleted faces, and better Snap performance. TopoLogiK supports 3DS Max versions 2010 through 2020 and is available for €30.00 as a single perpetual, node-locked license.
