Smooth Boolean 2 for 3ds Max

KM-3D recently launched Smooth Boolean 2, a plugin for 3ds Max that allows users to create smooth transitions between ProBoolean operands. The updated version includes features like improved handling of low-poly meshes, enhanced performance when working with meshes of varying resolutions, streamlined strip selection, simplified debugging, and a cleaner output mesh.

This release also introduces two new modifiers. The Smooth Bridge modifier offers a seamless way to bridge two open edge loops, even with an uneven edge count. The sbNormalMap modifier lets users restore smooth, explicit normals on edited SmoothBoolean objects.

Smooth Boolean is compatible with 3ds Max 2013 and later versions. A free demo is available, and the full version costs $99.
