SiNi Software has announced the release of version 1.24 of its collection of tools and plugins for 3ds Max. The key enhancement in this update is the introduction of support for Redshift and Chaos’ V-Ray Scene (.vrscene) file format.
The three plugins – Desipher, Scatter, and SiClone – currently support standard Redshift rendering. IPR support is planned for a future release. The Illumi HDRI wizard has been enhanced with a new setup tab, enabling users to add multiple file paths to HDRI libraries. The previews now incorporate exposure settings, allowing for a more precise view of library images. Illumi also introduces support for Redshift, encompassing both standard Redshift rendering and IPR.
Furthermore, the plugins offer complete support for V-Ray 5.2 interactive rendering. They also support the V-Ray Scene file format, facilitating asset sharing with other applications that utilize V-Ray, including cloud rendering services and Chaos Vantage.
