Issue:
When submitting an image for cloud rendering using the A360 service from 3ds Max, a browser displays an error when the A360 Gallery attempts to automatically open online as the render uploads. This browser error appears on a new tab in a blank webpage:
“xoauth_problem=token_rejected&oauth_error_message=Token%20Is%20Rejected “
However, if you separately log into the A360 Gallery, the webpage displays normally.
Causes:
Internet browser cache error.
Solution:
To solve this, clear the browser cache for the default browser used by the cloud render ( e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
