Foundry has unveiled a new tool called Inpaint, slated for inclusion in Nuke 12.0. As per the company, it empowers users to generate contextual paint strokes, akin to Photoshop’s renowned Healing Brush tool. Inpaint leverages GPU acceleration, incorporates “Stretch knobs” to refine stroke direction for precision, and offers options to adjust detail levels. It also provides the capability to extract details from another section of the source image or a separate image altogether. Learn more in the Nuke newsletter.
